A retrofit including adding washrooms to each suite, including a vanity and compostable toilet, removing the enclosed shared porch due to deteriorating conditions (rotten wood) and replacing it with a new insulated porch. Metal siding and roofing will be installed, as well as new windows.

Establish the Northern Technician Program and the Northern Remediation Monitoring Program in the Northwest Territories. These programs aim to promote economic growth and environmental remediation in the NWT by fostering partnerships among government agencies, private businesses, and local communities. Collaboration is crucial for the project's success. The project prioritizes developing training and capacity-building programs for affected communities and workers, enabling them to engage in the remediation economy. The goal is to empower individuals, create jobs, and generate economic opportunities in the NWT.

The training and coordination centre will act as a central repository, maintaining regular contact with training providers and providing information on an accessible website. The NSRTP will also connect employers with trainers, tracking employer requests for training and identifying gaps where programs are not currently available. The NSRTP will create synergy within regional training partners and provide leadership in identifying and responding to short and long-term labour market needs in the North Slave region of the Northwest Territories.

Develop a turn-key franchise model to open new coffee businesses locally starting in select Yukon communities.

A project to host two local business capacity development events; the "Small Business Week" Conference and the "Trailblazer's Symposium".

A program that will offer micro-grants to businesses in the Yukon's forestry sector. The micro-grants are intended to improve operating efficiency and productivity for local fuelwood harvesters.

Renovate an existing building and complete purchases of equipment to open a bulk food and dry goods store in Iqaluit.

Renovate a building in Iqaluit, Nunavut that will allow resumtion of animal rescue operations and scale-up business operations to generate revenue that will go towards self-sustaining their business model.

A project compiling research; provide training and short-term employment to Inuit; and work on Human Resource Development with teachers and youth in 6 Nunavut communities. Qikiqtaaluk Corporation will purchase and operate a vessel to compile data and research for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.
