This project entails restoring the stones on the entire front of the building, installation of a weather barrier on the building's existing wood structure, replacement of st-marc stone sills, fabrication of four (4) new balcony structures, installation of a soffit under the balconies, installation of a double-relief fascia around the perimeter of the balconies. Large stones began to detach from the front of the building.

This project entails restoring the stones on the entire front of the building, installation of a weather barrier on the building's existing wood structure, replacement of st-marc stone sills, fabrication of four (4) new balcony structures, installation of a soffit under the balconies, installation of a double-relief fascia around the perimeter of the balconies. Large stones began to detach from the front of the building.

The purpose of this project is to hire a professional to verify all standards related to the Safety Code under the Building Act, and to make the modifications deemed essential. This includes changing the slats on the emergency steps on the rear balconies, and ensuring that the emergency doors remain functional and up to standard.

The project entails changing the ventilation system, hood, kitchen countertops, existing cabinetry, floor covering, plumbing, electricity, plastering, painting and masonry, as well as the construction of a new service staircase to the storeroom. This project will meet the standards of the Montreal Fire Safety Authority and the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ).

The project entails replacing the basement and corridor floors, and replacing the CRC's interior staircase. The current floor is deteriorating and due for a refresh. The staircase is no longer up to standard and needs to be replaced to ensure safety for people with reduced mobility.

The cost of the project will mainly be for the purchase or upgrade of IT equipment and solutions aimed at security, professional fees, and the workforce assigned to the project. One of CSC's priorities is the safety of staff, offenders and victims. It is certain that by ensuring better protection of sensitive information with more secure hardware and computer systems, we promote confidentiality and maintain the integrity of information, thus ensuring the safety of staff, offenders and victims who could be threatened by the loss or sharing of protected or confidential information.

This project entails regrading of existing driveway to reduce slope and installation of proper steps to increase staff/client/visitor health and safety when approaching the building (Current driveway slope does not allow for an accessible parking space near the entrance, and instead puts the accessible space on the street making it difficult for those with mobility issues to enter the building due to the significant slope of the driveway). Project includes the installation of a new retaining wall and steps along the side of the driveway with a railing to enhance access for all visitors. Converting first floor washroom to become fully accessible for clients. Remove existing tub and replace with accessible shower unit. Install automatic door operating systems to both exterior entrance and bath entrance door. Enlarge interior door opening to meet current accessibility code requirements.

This project entails the replacement of the outside exterior roof. Replace and add/install new shingles, fascia, eavestroughs and guards to the exterior of the facility. Replacement of the existing main drain line. Replace ground pipes to main stack and replace main plumbing line into the facility. Build coach house, exterior space to the facility, for programing delivery, group treatment and chaplaincy.

The project involves changing the entire fire alarm system as soon as possible in order to comply with the new building code and fire standards. It is impossible to obtain parts necessary for repair due to the fact that the system is obsolete and old.

The project entails the installation of at least three (3) heat pump units on the first floor (air conditioning and heating), as well as an air exchanger on the first floor and basement. These improvements will have a positive effect on the health and safety of residents and staff, by promoting a better environment and comfort, and the air exchanger will reduce the spread of viruses such as colds and flu.
