This project will be led by the new Robotics Solutions Specialist, a recent graduate. The goal is to accelerate proof of concept and structure the technology to optimize the firm’s offering and ensure substantial growth in international markets.

The Client is proposing to develop the “first of its kind” industrial containerized hydrogen electrolysis unit in Nova Scotia. Current industrial users of H2 import “grey” hydrogen. Replacing this hydrogen with locally sourced “green” hydrogen stands to reduce industrial Carbon emissions related to the importation of H2.

The intern will provide the company with expert insight into the development and utility of in vitro functional assays as well as validating the performance of the in vitro functional assays the company develops.

This draft Market Diversification Action Plan will prepare the firm to engage in future international co-innovation work.

The GIST is a women-operated sports media brand, with a community of over 1 million fans who have been underserved by traditional sports media.

Our community spans many channels, including multiple newsletters, job board, contests, games, podcast, social media, e-commerce, membership, and live events. Currently, user data is siloed within the different channels, and our pipeline for storing and analyzing data is almost entirely centered around our newsletters.

The goal of this project is to create a unified profile for our users and data team, and rework the data pipeline to aggregate and report on user activity. This will give us a more detailed and holistic view of who our users are via their behaviors and preferences.

Full-scale prototype using proprietary structural panels manufactured from 100% recycled plastic bottles in order to validate structural performance, constructability, and sustainability of the technology while demonstrating compliance with Canadian building codes, viability of the technology at full scale, reducing risks associated with market adoption, and generate critical performance data to support certification.

This project engages a recent biomedical engineering graduate to support Hygienic Echo’s smart hand hygiene program in hospitals and long-term care homes. The youth will assess the technical performance and operational reliability of Hygienic Echo’s wearable badge system and onsite sensors to help maintain optimal system operation. Their work will help maintain optimal system operation and contribute to continuous improvement of product performance and user experience.
