This 12-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Single Women In Motherhood Training Program (S.W.I.M.) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a social enterprise model, Mothers in Cleaning (M.I.C), by creating opportunities to advance the economic security of single mothers in the London-Middlesex area.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Women's Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc. (WEST) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced, utilizing technology to strengthen organizational infrastructure and processes and enhance program delivery, as well as building the technical capacity of staff in managing these new platforms. This will be achieved through a transition to a computer-based case management system, along with the creation of an enhanced communications strategy and language training to improve overall accessibility, and with the development of recreational opportunities for newcomer children to use technology when learning through play.

This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Women's Multicultural Resource and Counselling Centre of Durham (WMRCC) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of an organizational strategic plan, a mobile App, a sustainable fundraising strategy, as well as fostering partnerships and collaborations to develop a joint Partner Communication Plan to connect with local, national and global online networks.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Women's Support Network of York Region (WSN) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a sustainable strategic plan, strengthening Human Resources policies and procedures, expanding the volunteer program framework and related resources, addressing financial health through grant applications and the establishment of a fundraising strategy, as well as updating the WSN website.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan, which will encompass human resources management, board governance, partnership development, collaboration and networking, and a financial health and suitability plan. This territorial project seeks to advance gender equality by enabling the Yukon Status of Women Council to better influence and connect across the North and Canada more broadly.

This 3-month project will encourage greater impact around Women Deliver through the planning and delivery of a complimentary and concurrent Feminists Deliver Conference. The four-day Conference will reflect the experiences of Indigenous women and girls and explore intersectional, structural and systemic barriers affecting women and people of non-binary genders. Battered Women’s Support Services is the leading organization in the Feminists Deliver Working Group, a grassroots collaboration of 40 women-led not-for-profit organizations. Conference programming will showcase local community-based responses to advancing gender equality, will include 45 panelists and five keynote speakers, and will link featured workshops and discussion to themes from Women Deliver.

This 3-month project will encourage greater impact around Women Deliver through the delivery of Nutsamaht, a one-day pre-conference event focused on engagement of the diverse perspectives, strengths, and identities, expressions, and abilities of Indigenous women and gender-non binary individuals. Through engagement sessions, cultural celebrations, and community visits to each of the three host Nations, Nutsamaht will feature 30 speakers and 500 participants, and takes a strengths-based approach to identify solutions that improve the accessibility, quality, sustainability, and accountability of Indigenous wellness in Canada.

This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Women's Multicultural Resource and Counselling Centre of Durham (WMRCC) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of an organizational strategic plan, a mobile app, a sustainable fundraising strategy, as well as fostering partnerships and collaborations to develop a joint Partner Communication Plan to connect with local, national and global online networks.

The additional funding will be used to cover the costs of emergency services and partnership development, as well as digitization to adapt to a new virtual environment caused by the pandemic.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Coalition of Muslim Women of Kitchener-Waterloo (CMW) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the strengthening of board governance policies and procedures, the development of a sustainable financial model, partnership development, networking and collaboration, the establishment of a strategic plan, and the creation of an improved advocacy strategy.

Supplemental funding will be used to hire external specialists to perform a community needs assessment, assist with the development of a long-term financial plan and technical support to roll out a full technology plan for staff.

The supplementary funds will be used for completing the organizational case management system and staffing to assist in the transition to online services while ensuring staff are properly trained to use all the features of the organizational case management system.
