This 17-month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of Two-Spirited People of Manitoba Inc. to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by establishing an advisory committee, building managerial capacity, ensuring long-term financial sustainability, and engaging with the community.

At the end of the project, the organization will have increased its capacity to establish formal and informal equality seeking networks and have the ability to share this expertise with other LGBTQ2 groups and individuals in Manitoba.

This 17-month project will strengthen FrancoQueer's capacity to promote LGBTQ2 equality. The following activities will achieve the project's objectives: develop continuous learning tools for governance and human resources; develop a strategic plan and communication tools; develop a strategy for diversifying funding sources; and ensure that best practices are shared to strengthen the sector.

This 18-month project will strengthen the capacity of Kind Space to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by conducting an environmental scan on existing safety needs, and increasing staff and volunteer capacity to address conflict, harms, and violence in LGBTQ2 communities through the use of holistic justice practices.

At the end of the project, the organization will have increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression.

This 17-month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of OUTniagara Community Network for Sexual and Gender Diversity to advance 2SLGBTQ+ equality. This will be achieved by increasing access to evidence and knowledge of 2SLGBTQ+ challenges and barriers through a Community Strengths and Needs Assessment; building collective capacity through skills development; and building managerial capacity through governance, organizational and strategic planning.

At the end of the project, the organization will have increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression; and established and/or strengthened partnerships and collaborations to support the 2SLGBTQ+ movement.

This five-year project will improve the provision of services to French-speaking women in minority communities struggling with domestic or sexual violence by creating a national network of agencies and stakeholders. This network will promote the identification of specific challenges for targeted populations, the exchange of good practices and resources as well as discussions on the provision of innovative services. Training will also be offered through the network so that stakeholders can expand their knowledge. The effectiveness of the network, its effects to improve the provision of services to French-speaking survivors, and the satisfaction of those involved will be assessed.

This 16-month project will strengthen the capacity of Project 10 to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by: building managerial capacity through implementing an executive director model and a complimentary board and governance structure; ensuring long-term sustainability through the creation of sustainable fundraising structures; and improving technical expertise within the organization.

At the end of the project, the organization will have increased its knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.

This 29-month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of Two-Spirited People of Manitoba Inc. to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by establishing an advisory committee, building managerial capacity, ensuring long-term financial sustainability, and engaging with the community.

At the end of the project, the organization will have increased its capacity to establish formal and informal equality seeking networks and have the ability to share this expertise with other LGBTQ2 groups and individuals in Manitoba.

The supplemental funds will be used to build long-term financial stability through organizational development planning and activities inclusive of identifying sources of core funding; and to increase board capacity through the creation of a board skills matrix, a review of onboarding materials, and professional development training catered to boards. The supplemental funds will also be used by the organization to develop their approach to advocacy and outreach through the creation of an action plan, strategic partnering, modernizing the organization’s website and updating branding.

This 29-month project will strengthen the capacity of FrancoQueer to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by developing continuous learning tools for governance and human resources ; creating a strategic plan and communication tools; creating a funding diversification strategy; and sharing best practices in order to strengthen the sector.

The project’s phase 2 supplemental funds and 12-month extension will enable FrancoQueer to collect to collect conclusive data and increase knowledge surrounding the challenges and barriers faced by Francophone LGBTQ2+ communities; to strengthen advocacy and strategic partnerships; to enhance organizational health and performance; and to strengthen FrancoQueer's governance structure and its board’s effectiveness in a sustainable way.

This 12-month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of Rainbow Klub to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved through board development, strategic planning, applying for non-profit status, and skills development.

At the end of the project, the organization will have become legally constituted (incorporated or registered); have increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression; and established and/or strengthened partnerships and collaborations to support the LGBTQ2 movement.

This 17-month project aims to strengthen the capacity of Divergenres to promote LGBTQ2 equality. The following activities will achieve the project's objectives: supporting management capacity (through board governance and strategic planning), ensuring long-term visibility, and improving access to funding opportunities.
