This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow North York Women's Resource Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of an organizational strategic plan, a fundraising strategy, an engagement strategy for members and volunteers, as well as a focus on enhancing organizational governance and sustainability.

This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Women and Children's Shelter of Barrie to tackle gender equality issues. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the implementation of an effective advocacy strategy. The organization will conduct community awareness campaigns and collaborate with key stakeholders from civil society and all levels of government to advocate for more action on gender based issues. A Women’s advocacy group will be created to give a voice for peaceful civic, democratic and political activism in Simcoe County Region.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Working Women Community Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a strategic plan, operational plan, women’s equality framework, training plan and evaluation tool, a partnership and donor development strategy, and organizational policies, procedures and best practices. Activities will include research, development, monitoring, testing and adoption of recommendations and tools, which will be integrated and implemented through all levels of the organization from the Board of Directors to staff, to enhance community outreach and impact across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan to enhance organizational financial health, increase board governance capacity, and build partnerships for increased collaboration. These activities will strengthen the organization’s ability to support the well-being and prosperity of Indigenous women, girls, Two-Spirit, and gender-diverse people across Manitoba.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the South Asian Women's Rights Organization Inc to become a strong emerging community-based women’s organization. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through an in-depth organizational evaluation; strategic planning; and strengthening of the Board of Directors’ capacity to develop strategies relating to fundraising, administration and initiatives.

This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: diversifying funding sources by developing and implementing a fundraising strategy; and reviewing organization governance structure, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs and services.

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking, development of an advocacy strategy, and review of organizational health and sustainability plan.

This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Huronia Transition Homes to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a long-term sustainable financial plan that includes a social enterprise model; a comprehensive redesign of internal financial reporting systems; and the implementation of a program evaluation structure.

This 58-month project will address the organization's capacity needs to allow the organization to continue delivering Indigenous-led programming in northern communities in order to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the review of board governance and policies, development of a comprehensive communications plan and an advocacy strategy that reduces barriers faced by Indigenous women in accessing post-secondary opportunities.

Supplemental funds will be used to develop and implement a sustainability plan that diversifies the organization’s revenue sources

This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan, improvements to human resources management, board governance, financial management and partnership development & collaboration and networking across the North.

Supplemental funds will be used to undertake a decolonization audit, develop a Decolonization Strategy, and provide Accountability Training to organization staff and Board.
