Our initial focus will be on our Self-sustaining modular dwelling unit product because it aims to provide energy independence for housing – an area of need.

Thirdstream's self-serve mortgage renewal solution aims to transform the Canadian banking sector by automating the mortgage renewal process. This innovative solution integrates advanced technology, ensuring seamless system compatibility, regulatory compliance, and user convenience. With a massive surge in mortgage renewals expected in 2025-2026, the project will streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance the customer experience for financial institutions, positioning the product as a critical tool for managing increased renewal volumes efficiently.

The project aims to develop a rapid diagnostic test against three sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs). The test will be able to detect the pathogens simultaneously in a short space of time.

Eau Claire Partners is a financial services brokerage firm & insurance agency AI innovator of 10 employees & 100+ agents that service 4,000+ end clients. Our AI insurance agency platform, entitled ECO (Eau Claire One), supercharges the capabilities of both insurance agents & financial advisors enabling them to spend more time cultivating client relationships & providing them with the best tailored solutions. The pilot project will design and test the preliminary AI insurance agent platform to provide tailored recommendations based on individual customer and insurance and financial project supplies’ databases variables for agents. This will possibly lead to a further 12-month project.

Project will consist of working with the manufacturing and operation teams to train candidate on GMP standard quality systems in the processing and manufacturing of various cannabis ingredients. Specifically, in the next 6 to 12 months, they will be involved in the extraction, purification and isolation of various cannabinoids for both development and commercial scale production using ethanol and hydro-carbon extraction processes. Candidate will follow the company's quality management system to ensure documentation and quality control measures are followed. They will also work closely with the production supervisor to develop processes as needed,

The Synex Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) technology has demonstrated significant potential for monitoring a wide range of metabolites beyond glucose. The goal of this NRC-IRAP project is to identify five to seven new target markets where Synex can further investigate and potentially expand the reach of its innovative, non-invasive, and user-friendly product.
