Complete prototype validation of innovative MIGS (Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery) devices which will enable bringing glaucoma surgery from the operating room to outpatient clinics. By the end of October 2024, Hexiris will have conducted successful testing of the Functional MIGS on both animal and human cadaveric eyes, demonstrating its efficacy and safety for progression to animal and human clinical trials.

The Firm's goals in participating in the workshop is to explore funding opportunities which could solidify or accelerate its UK market expansion plans.

This project has a strategic focus on promoting the growth of the firm by conducting experiments to expand its user and driver base. These experiments will enable the firm to gather valuable insights, and adapt its strategies to meet the evolving demands of the market. The ultimate objective is for the firm to drive sustainable growth and establish a more responsive, cost-effective, and agile framework in line with market dynamics.

The aim of the project is to develop a prototype gripper capable of mechanically handling pipes with diameters ranging from 600 to 2100 mm, and to integrate it into a system comprising three demolding tables tested in a previous project. This is the second phase of a total three-phase project to mechanize all demolding activities. This project comes at a time when the firm has been looking at the demolding systems available on the market for a very long time. Unfortunately, there is no system on the market that is adapted to the geometry of the firm’s products.

This project will allow Mangrove to engage in R&D activities to introduce improvements to the production modeling engine that will allow it to support larger industrial applications, increase its computation ability and allow it to be applied to leveraged in other carbon-reduction markets.

This candidate would be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing out of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring consistency with company policies and practices. She will lead the project team and interact with stakeholders to manage projects based on defined scope, cost, and execution commitments. The candidate would help provide clear leadership, coordination, account oversight, and management to deliver successful solutions and navigate interdependencies in a matrixed environment. A breadth of knowledge of technical project management fundamentals, software development life cycle, and common PM methodologies, frameworks, and artifacts would be beneficial to achieving our goals.

This project will see the construction of a pyrolysis plant for the transformation of underutilized forest biomass and agriculture waste through pyrolysis to biochar and pyroligneous acid for use primarily in the agriculture sector. Additionally, this project will investigate the opportunities of utilizing bio-products (bio-oil, syngas) for conversion and their potential use through a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system. The primary outputs will provide the local agriculture market with sustainable solutions that will increase soil health, supporting overall crop production and reduction of CO2 emissions.
