This project will improve access to healthcare and harm reduction services for those facing housing insecurity, mental health challenges, and substance use by creating a pharmacy window and deploying a mobile outreach van.

To support efforts to build climate-resilient and low-carbon health systems, and protect and improve the health of people living in Canada in a changing climate, including from extreme heat, through better understanding of risks and successful adaptation options, and building capacity to address and implement them.

This project will provide mobile wrap-around health care and outreach services, to those experiencing substance use issues and barriers to access traditional - place based health care services including access to addiction counselling, harm reduction and overdose prevention education and supplies, crisis management, peer support, system navigation, access to basic needs, and referrals to local services.

Contribution as part of the Participant Funding Program to Mohawk Council of Akwesasne to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Regional Assessment of the St.

Contribution as part of the Indigenous Capacity Support Program to Kativik Environmental Advisory Committee to assist in improving assessments, policy engagement, assessment monitoring and follow-up activities.

Contribution as part of the Indigenous Capacity Support Program to Takla Nation to assist in improving assessments, policy engagement, assessment monitoring and follow-up activities.

Contribution as part of the Participant Funding Program to Cree Nation of Mistissini to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Troilus Mining Project.

This work will address knowledge gaps and contribute to a better understanding of grassland carbon. This project will include analysis of soil data collected from Grasslands National Park, field sampling of relevant soil attribute data for up to an additional 3 national parks, and modeling of carbon stocks and fluxes for grassland areas across all selected parks.

This contribution supports Pacheedaht First Nation to engage in co-developing a feasibility assessment for considering a proposed National Marine Conservation Area Reserve in their marine territory.

This grant enables Songhees Nation artist Brianna Bear to attend the installation and unveiling of Indigenous art at the Whale Trail, located at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites. Brianna’s art is showcased on the audio box.
