The mission and objective of this program is to address reintegration barriers faced by Indigenous offenders in custody. The program will provide supports for Indigenous offenders to successfully exit the gang they are associated with, including help to navigate the administrative and real-world factors of exiting that lifestyle, to be able to provide meaningful sustainability for their ways of living, and to address the voids in supports that Indigenous offenders face due to intergenerational trauma and colonial impacts

The purpose of the project is to provide culturally distinct reintegration and rehabilitation support to Métis offenders as they transition out of federal institutions and back into their communities. The project will provide clients with wrap-around support and assistance in accessing direct services through MN–S’s social infrastructure program and services

The program will provide effective supports for Indigenous Offenders serving federal sentences. These supports include annual staff training for CSC employees, monthly FASD sharing circles, transitional mentorship that supports reintegration, and case management and goal planning

Skygauge is developing a drone-based corrosion management system that replaces conventional rust removal work at height with a process that is faster, safer, and cheaper. Workers remain safe of the ground, and do not need to use scaffolding, manlifts or ropes to access high points on assets to remove rust. The drone will able to take off from the ground and ascend to the problem area, cleaning rust from it with a wire brush solution.

The objective of this project is to streamline all operations within PMRI clinical operations by implementing internally developed apps, exclusively created by PMRI employees, to digitally capture clinical data information, create reports and allow remote access for sponsor to monitor their trial. It is imperative that these applications comply with global agencies’ regulations. Given the stringent regulations governing the clinical trials industry, comprehensive understanding and compliance are paramount. Once these applications are developed, they must undergo rigorous testing and validation procedures in compliance with all regulations that govern the clinical trials. This meticulous process ensures the integrity and validity of the data

FutEra aims to harness geothermal heat from existing/abandoned oil and gas wells to generate renewable and zero emissions electricity using next generation geothermal technology. Our pilot project spans three phases: (1) assessing reservoir thermal potential, (2) demonstrate the feasibility of IP technology for electricity generation, and (3) drill an optimized well for better IP technology outcomes. We will validate the economics and feasibility of the IP through wellbore analysis and data-driven assessment. Our request is for a new graduate mechanical engineer or engineer-in-training (EIT) to assist in the wellbore analysis, fluid dynamics simulation, and data collection to advance our innovative geothermal technology.

The program continues to provide digital marketing and sales mentorship services to improve the ability of IRAP portfolio companies to capitalize on their target market and maximize their revenue going forward to accelerate company growth.
