ExactBlue is developing the next generation functionalized gold nano sensors for our water testing technologies, based on a recently developed nanoparticle synthesis process, and formulate it for use for microbial rapid testing and other applications.

The work involves optimizing the synthesis method to generate a narrow particle size distribution and the desired properties, and formulating the nanoparticles in a reagent for microbial sensing.

Gastronomous is creating a “beta” version of its new autonomous machine. This development aims to kick start unit testing within client locations and prove the value of the automation with operational improvements. Gastronomous will finalize design to ensure all aspects of this project’s hardware and software interact seamlessly for its first installations in stores. The system will integrate with existing systems to accept orders and execute service consistently, accurately, and quickly. A successful testing period will offer a positive user experience and streamline back-of-house operations.
