The City of Prince Albert’s Capital Plan includes investments in active transportation infrastructure (a pedestrian walkway), the construction of new bus shelters and facilities, the modernization of fare collection systems, and improvements to lighting and signalized crossings to enhance safety. Additionally, the city intends to carry out a study to review existing transit routes and infrastructure to identify priority areas for future investment.

The City of Grande Prairie’s “Diversion First” Project aims to enhance the youth justice system’s ability to rehabilitate and reintegrate young people by increasing the use and effectiveness of out-of-court measures for less serious offences. The project will establish a coordinated diversion framework, a structured pathway that connects justice partners, outreach teams, schools, and community organizations to deliver meaningful interventions aimed at preventing youth from entering or re-entering the formal justice system.

This will be a pilot project for Ontario to build capacity for the next stage of bail data linking, sharing and analysis. As the next step beyond the implementation of the National Bail Data Action Plan, this project will test data linkage techniques on Ontario data assets to produce identifiers on potential re-offending on bail and recidivism. Additionally, this project will start examining the legal authorities and framework for data sharing between the province and the Canadian Police Information Centre.

Stelor Inc. is hiring a Civil Engineering Technologist to accelerate the development and deployment of "StelorBLD," software for building innovation. The new grad will bridge the gap between field inspections and digital modeling by performing technical on-site inspections of condominium and strata buildings to gather high-fidelity data. Key tasks include performing complex volume calculations, coding financial data for predictive statistic calculations, and collaborating with product developers to test and refine platform features. This project enhances Firm's R&D capacity to provide innovative, reliable reserve fund studies while equipping a recent graduate with specialized engineering technology skills.
