The youth graduate candidate will work with our lead biologist to assist in a number of projects, including the oversight of our mining revegetation initiatives. The firm has a greenhouse in Labrador City that has been used in recent years to grow grasses, shrubs, and trees that can be used for revegetation of mine tailing’s areas. The work involves the testing of seed mixes that can grow in the challenging tailings environments. The candidate will work with the firm's team to continue the testing of seed mixes, assist with upkeep and maintenance of the greenhouse, participate in the application of seeds, planting of trees and shrubs, and work to prepare the greenhouse and it’s vegetation for overwintering.

This is an R&D project to test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to design a repeatable and scalable business process and to develop IP in business methods and the use of artificial intelligence for wealth and estate management.

Edgewise Environmental, in conjunction with their technology partner, are developing Mobius Observer (MO), an innovative tool leveraging drone technology and AI for real-time marine mammal detection. This project focuses on improving the accuracy and efficiency of marine mammal observation operations to support conservation efforts and sustainable ocean management. Edgewise is also working on increasing the visibility of their product in the environmental technology market.

The firm will develop procedures to make its vision system on a welding robot more robust, more universal and easier to use.

Skygauge is hiring a youth employee to support us in administration of R&D projects, business development, and facilities management. They will also assist with the execution of marketing campaigns as required. This employee is primarily going to be utilizing business management skills, and will be trained by our current Director of Marketing and Communications, Serguei Solokhine, who has a background in Business Management and a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from the Schulich School of Business.

The firm will be developing internal solutions to modernize its core technology. These improvements will facilitate the use of the firm's software tools,both internally and externally. The modernization requires a software engineer who will be complemented by the firm's deep domain expertise, to create robust, user-friendly software infrastructure.

The employee will support the marketing of new products. He will work on identifying market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships (distributors), participating in the development of appropriate sales and marketing strategies, and promoting products to potential customers (social networks and website).

The aim of the project in question is to perfect this platform in order to guarantee its future scalability and make it possible to manage, in a more commercially viable way, the growing number of participants in various networks.

Project involving market research, lead generation, production of marketing materials and execution of digital campaigns

Junior Programmer to support the software development of the PerforMarine app. Using existing boat electronics and smartphone sensors, the PerforMarine app combines collected data with machine learning to predict the impact of wind, weather and operations on vessel performance.
