The grant will support the FY 2024/25 UNENE Student Poster & Presentation Session, part of the annual UNENE R&D Workshop. UNENE, a not-for-profit organization, fosters nuclear education, research, and industry collaboration in Canada. The workshop provides a platform for students to showcase their research, network with peers and industry professionals, and engage with stakeholders on nuclear R&D needs.

Acquisition of equipment: The project aims to increase the productivity and production capacity of a company specializing in metal cutting.

This project is part of Canada’s Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) Program, which supports women’s rights organizations (WROs), lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex plus (LBTQI+) groups and women human rights defenders (HRDs) to enhance enjoyment of human rights by women and girls in all their diversity and to advance gender equality in countries where WVL is implemented and other countries facing crisis and conflict. Project activities include: (1) Delivery of rapid response grants for HRDs and their organizations to meet their security and protection needs in times of crisis and opportunity; (2) Delivery of collective care grants to ensure the well-being of activists; and (3) Designing spaces, in concert with women, trans, and non-binary HRDs, WROs, and LBTQI+ groups that provide HRDs access to share experiences, exchange learnings on collective care, contribute to knowledge leadership and learning, networking, and convening activities to support sustainability in the face of constant, interwoven crises.

K’ómoks First Nation Community Solar PV Project

The purpose of the Oceans Management Contribution funding is to support the development and implementation of oceans conservation and management activities in Canada.

This project includes the publication of the collection “Common law in brief” which will include some 20 volumes presenting the fundamental areas of Canadian Common Law in a simple and concise manner in works with a maximum length of 50,000 words or 100 pages.

This International Co-Innovation Action Program (ICAP) project will support the Firm to enter into co-innovation work with a partner in Australia for use of the Firm’s IOT solution in the Mining industry.

The project will test AI strategies, establish the ideal architecture and achieve quantitative technical objectives in preparation for the implementation of an AI solution.

Develop an engagement, feasibility & implementation plan to serve rural communities between Berens River, Selkirk and Winnipeg.

Grant as part of the Participant Funding Program to Eau secours to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Strange Lake Rare Earth Mine Project.
