Canada's Fisheries Fund will transform and drive innovation in the fish and seafood sector in Canada with a focus on developing the sector to better meet growing market demands for sustainably sourced, high-quality fish and seafood products.

The purpose of the Indigenous Habitat Participation Program- Grant Funding is to meet the legal obligations to support the participation of Indigenous communities in consultations on Departmental Crown conduct (i.e., decisions, such as arrangements, approvals, authorizations and permits) under the Fisheries Act and/or Species at Risk Act.

This project aims to improve the health and nutrition of women, adolescents, and children in Bauchi, Kaduna, and Kebbi states in Nigeria. It does so by improving coverage of gender-responsive Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MNCH), and nutrition services. Project activities include: (1) training health professionals and community services providers to provide integrated gender responsive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), MNCH and nutrition services; (2) providing technical and financial support to states and local government authorities to procure, transport and deliver essential SRHR, MNCH and nutrition supplies including data tools and commodities; (3) raising awareness among community influencers and leaders on sexual and reproductive health (SRH), MNCH and nutrition related rights and services and harmful gender norms; (4) empowering civil society organizations and local community organizations to promote responsive SRH, MNCH and nutrition related rights and services; (5) training policy makers and program managers on effective planning, programming and decision making for gender responsive SRHR, MNCH, and nutrition services; and (6) strengthening the health information management systems for decision making in regard to SRHR, MNCH and nutrition services.

This project aims to ensure migrants' rights and foster sustainable integration into host communities in Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Peru. Across these countries the project seeks to enhance the protection, regularization, and socio-economic integration of Venezuelan migrants and refugees and other nationalities in the Latin America region.

The Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum (ACELF) 2025, implemented by the Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum, is a 3-day Knowledge Sharing Forum in collaboration with the Business Council of Australia. This project is scheduled to be delivered from 16 to 18 February 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, Australia.

This project aims to contribute to a more equal enjoyment of health and health-related rights for women, adolescent girls and other marginalized groups in the provinces of Kinshasa and Equateur in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Lac and Bar El Gazal in Chad. Project activities include: (1) establishing comprehensive sexuality education programs for adolescents in school and community settings; (2) training and accompanying healthcare practitioners in inclusive health practices that respect the dignity and needs of women, adolescent girls and marginalized groups; (3) supporting local initiatives to promote peace, social cohesion and issues related to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in collaboration with community and religious leaders; (4) rehabilitating and equipping healthcare facilities in a sustainable manner, including biomedical waste management, to offer safe services that meet the needs of women, adolescent girls and marginalized groups; and (5) conducting campaigns on the

GIRLsmarts4tech will be hosting a Continuous Engagement series, where 5 sessions of STEM activities will be hosted bi-weekly on UBC’s Vancouver campus, with approximately 30 female-identifying students in grades 5-8 attending per session.

We are building an AI vision agent to streamline and fully automate the booking process on our platform. The agent will have the ability to accurately analyze the dimensions, weight, and volume, of large cargo (like household furniture) then recommend an ideal vehicle size, number of movers, and provide an accurate price quote.
To keep the test scenarios more narrow, we will build and test in a controlled environment. The agent will operate within predefined inventory options, using prompts and guardrails to ensure reliability and consistency. Once validated in this controlled environment, we will expand it to additional use cases, ultimately enhancing the customer experience for all our users and use cases.
