Micrometrics is hiring recent graduates for a role that involves extensive prospecting, outreach, and outbound lead generation to identify new business opportunities, manage a dynamic sales pipeline, engage with decision-makers to assess needs, handle objections, and collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies while supporting and motivating the team.

Develop further integrations with various payroll and scheduling software applications for the firm’s time collection platform to enable market expansion and growth.

It is difficult to keep documented procedures, process, and general how-to information (often called Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)) current. Insurance, equipment, materials and software change regularly and turnover is high so that established company knowledge quickly becomes outdated, difficult to access and possibly incorrect. This project will create a system based on Large Language Models (LLM) that identifies customer processes that are outdated and suggests changes and improvements for them to make to keep their existing SOPs relevant for all team members.

o The "Seismic Data Bandwidth Improvement using Artificial Intelligence" project aims to enhance seismic data processing by employing advanced AI algorithms to expand bandwidth and improve resolution. Traditional seismic methods often limit frequency ranges, leading to reduced subsurface imaging accuracy. This project seeks to overcome those limitations by using machine learning models to identify and amplify weak signals, resulting in clearer and more detailed seismic images. By improving the quality of seismic datasets, the project will provide geoscientists with better insights into complex geological formations, aiding in resource discovery and hazard assessment.

This pilot will evaluate the efficacy of the Firm's technology for disinfection of air.

This BCFP project will focus on pilot-scale demonstration of the firm’s copper extraction process in collaboration with a pilot partner.

The project involves evaluating current and potential platforms and creating a strategic report to boost MIMOSA’s visibility in the US market. A plan will be developed/implemented to improve social performance, define success metrics, and manage a social media content planner based on these metrics. Additionally, the project includes assessing content effectiveness, using analytics for social initiatives, and creating sales and customer success materials.

This project involves a comprehensive analysis and enhancement of product designs. The team will gather data and learn about existing products, classify them based on complexity and popularity, and build a report detailing relevant designs. Market and competitor research will inform discussions with industry agents to understand current trends. The project will prioritize improving the most popular and complex designs, with fabrication and metric calculations to follow.
