Build an AI model for robust detection and monitoring of heart diseases using deep learning

The purpose of the porjects to promote mineral literacy and public awareness of mining through the delivery of an engaging digital game and associated learning materials; and, expose young Canadians to potential careers within the mining industry.

This grant supports Songhees Nation in the preparation of a language immersion program which includes creating material and learning programs for teaching language and culture, including training and creating new language teachers/knowledge keepers from their community.

The Masters-level intern will learn about forest conservation initiatives on Haida Gwaii, in Gwaai Haanas and the many challenges and creative solutions here.

The objective of this project is for the intern to gain experience learning about health needs for the first nation community, through learning about planting seeds and transplanting, ensuring a water supply for the fruit and vegetable garden, the correct ventilation requirements are met daily for the plants in the high tunnel structures, weeding, pest management, pruning of plants, harvest and distribution of the food to community members.

The farm sells  to customers in Ottawa, Gatineau Chelsea, Wakefield, and Masham. The intern will learn about the systems in the wash/pack shed function and assist in managing the pack/wash for the 500 baskets, the wholesale orders and the farm store. The intern will also learn the sales inventory systems and assist in the field with harvest as needed.

The client knows how clients interact with its sequencing services and need to learn how to conduct value-added marketing and sales to commercialize its new antibody characterization services. The client will learn and implement new upselling and cross-selling marketing and sales strategies to increase market awareness and sales opportunities for its new SPR and HDX services.

The primary goal of this project is to better understand the effectiveness of blended learning (digital content for theory combined with practical evaluation) in the context of offshore safety and survival training.

This project funds EntrepreNorth's Empowering Innovation Spirit Conference, which is an initiative that focuses on empowering Indigenous entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses and livelihoods across Northern Canada. By creating space for Northern and Indigenous voices to lead dialogue on Arctic development, business innovation, and policy, this initiative complements Canada’s efforts to promote Indigenous leadership in international Arctic forums, elevate youth perspectives, and strengthen cross-border cooperation rooted in shared values and local realities.
