Grant as part of the Policy Dialogue Program to Metis Nation of Ontario to assist in preparing for and engaging in participation activities associated with the ongoing Review of Legislative, Regulatory, and Policy Development Processes.

Grant as part of the Policy Dialogue Program to Canada West Foundation to assist in preparing for and engaging in participation activities associated with the ongoing Review of Legislative, Regulatory, and Policy Development Processes.

Contribution as part of the Indigenous Capacity Support Program to Qalipu Mi'kmaq First Nation Band to assist in improving assessments, policy engagement, assessment monitoring and follow-up activities.

Contribution as part of the Participant Funding Program to Her Majesty in right of the Province of British Columbia, represented by Environmental Assessment Office (BC EAO) to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Eskay Creek Revitalization Project.

To encourage scientific research and related scientific activities (e.g. data collection, integration, monitoring, and communication, including communication via conferences and symposia) and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the areas of: (a) Fisheries and Aquaculture Science; (b) Ecosystem Science; (c) Oceanography and Modelling; and (d) Freshwater Science.

The purpose of the Indigenous Habitat Participation Program and the Salish Sea Initiative, is to support the participation of Indigenous peoples in activities relating to the conservation and protection of fish and fish habitat, including the development of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans’ (DFO) policies, program elements and regulations and the development of their technical capacity to support greater involvement in the conservation and protection of fish and fish habitat.

The purpose of the Indigenous Habitat Participation Program- Grant Funding is to meet the legal obligations to support the participation of Indigenous communities in consultations on Departmental Crown conduct (i.e., decisions, such as arrangements, approvals, authorizations and permits) under the Fisheries Act and/or Species at Risk Act.

Contributes to the recovery of endangered, threatened, and other species of concern, by engaging Canadians in conservation actions to benefit wildlife and to protect aquatic species at risk.

Acquisition of equipment and marketing strategy: The project aims to support the growth of an innovative company specialized in non-medicated additives for animal nutrition.

Operating costs: The project aims to provide support services to enterprises in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region in terms of export readiness and market diversification.
