The project will include developing an organizational development plan focused on human resources, financial sustainability, and internal evaluations.

The project will include training for the Board of Directors and leadership, engaging community for feedback, developing an effective internal volunteer structure, and improving project management abilities.

It will address the organization’s need to understand the impact of their programs. The project will review its existing programs, develop measures of success, and revise and disseminate program descriptions with staff and management. The project will build internal capacity to deliver effective services and programming to community.

With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, the Yellowknife Women’s Society will develop and implement an Indigenous Cultural Safety and Evaluation Framework, institutionalize program standards and performance monitoring systems, and strengthen governance, executive leadership, and workforce sustainability structures.

This will be achieved by conducting survey and focus group discussions with South Asian women from Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and developing online resources and in-person workshops targeting parents of South Asian descent, community leaders, educators, and employers in order to change the structural, cultural and economic environment within the Canadian STEMM sector.

Enhance the product offering of an existing adventure tourism and outfitting operation

This project has a strategic focus on promoting the growth of the firm by conducting experiments to expand its user base. These experiments will enable the firm to gather valuable insights, and adapt its strategies to meet the evolving demands of the market. The ultimate objective is for the firm to drive sustainable growth and establish a more responsive, cost-effective, and agile framework in line with market dynamics.

Canadian Rockies Hemp Corp. will further enhance and improve the production Line 1's performance through critical upgrades. These upgrades will be focusing on reducing downtime and increasing revenue by implementing advanced software and PLC systems.

" Raising Awareness on GBV and Building the Capacity of Vulnerable Individuals on SRHR in the South of Jordan”

Specifically, the project will address systemic barriers within black and racialized women’s representation in leadership roles and equitable pay in the workforce by generating a community -based research framework which will encompass lived experiences of equity-deserving women from past and present labor trends and creating an educational development tool which will produce an interactive curriculum to educate various industry employers, human resources managers, policymakers, and stakeholders to advocate for change.

The project will include evaluating, developing and revising policies and bylaws to align with 2SLGBTQIA+ applicable legislation and acts on Indigenous women and Service users.
