Tsawout First Nation (TFN) recently declared the QEN,T Marine Protected Area to reclaim oversight and management of rights and title to their unceded traditional territory. With Cascadia Seaweed Nature-based Solutions and the NRC, this study will initiate baseline scientific understanding of how fish, plankton, and marine microbial communities, as well as oceanographic variables, vary across three habitats within the QEN,T Marine Protected Area: the ȽEL¸TOS / James Island Kelp Farm (primarily Sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima), a wild canopy-forming kelp bed (Bull kelp (Nereocystis luetkeana), and an adjacent non-vegetated pelagic habitat. The Project will employ cutting-edge monitoring technologies including underwater video, computer vision, metabarcoding, and multiparameter oceanographic sampling equipment. Outcomes include data and knowledge about biological and environmental fluctuations across kelp habitats, and capacity, experience, and knowledge about approaches to monitoring these habitats, ultimately informing longer-term management strategies via inclusion in the TFN’s Indigenous Protected and Conserved Area (IPCA) marine management plan.

With the growth into the airline supply business, Funn Food plans to develop a new food manufacturing and delivery system to meet the variable airline supply needs.

Super Chatbot – An AI powered chatbot that connects to a car dealerships Inventory Management System (IMS) & general knowledge base to replace a full-time customer service agent and business development center (BDC) rep. This product will be offered as a B2B software to assist independent & franchise car dealerships. The chatbot can receive primary & secondary goals from the dealer and will take actions in its communication to accomplish these goals. Through natural language, it can recommend vehicles in the dealer inventory, answer commonly asked questions (working hours, locations, inventory availability), schedule test drives & appointments.

NesdaTrak, built in 1996, is used by over 60 Community Care Agencies throughout Ontario to manage home care services to help the aging population stay in their homes.
Using Microsoft Foxpro as the database and front end since it’s inception, we want to move the technology to address Internet Web Infrastructure. We are desperate to move the technology for the Front end from Foxpro to a browser based technology. This will require the creation of both an API to secure the data (Private health information) and manage the business logic necessary for client/volunteer management. We will also have to built a browser based system to secure and present information to the staff from the API.

Completion of pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) studies to provide essential data on how a target drug candidate is processed and delivered to the lung and assessing therapeutic effects.

Development of a web-based tool that will integrate a large language model that will produce accurate human-like text and create an entire campaign workflow.
