The project provides a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Management with a career development opportunity in the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.

The Inclusive Design program will equip IRAP clients with the methods, tools and best practices for applying inclusive design to their digital or physical products and services. Specifically, the Inclusive Design program will do this by helping clients learn about the importance of designing for the diverse needs of their customer or user base, understanding how to build inclusive, diverse, and equitable design teams, as well as providing them with the insights and recommendations for how to go about making needed changes.

The new person’s main mandate will be to take charge of the development of growth initiatives with external partners and to organize meetings with the aim of raising brand awareness and acquiring new customers.

To build a real estate appraisal tool that assists Canadian mortgage underwriters assess risk during the mortgage underwriting process. The tool will utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to quickly interpret risks with optimal accuracy thereby reducing processing time, costs, and risk for financial institutions, banks, and credit unions.
