Grants and Contributions
About this information
In June 2016, as part of the Open Government Action Plan, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) committed to increasing the transparency and usefulness of grants and contribution data and subsequently launched the Guidelines on the Reporting of Grants and Contributions Awards, effective April 1, 2018.
The rules and principles governing government grants and contributions are outlined in the Treasury Board Policy on Transfer Payments. Transfer payments are transfers of money, goods, services or assets made from an appropriation to individuals, organizations or other levels of government, without the federal government directly receiving goods or services in return, but which may require the recipient to provide a report or other information subsequent to receiving payment. These expenditures are reported in the Public Accounts of Canada. The major types of transfer payments are grants, contributions and \'other transfer payments\'.
Included in this category, but not to be reported under proactive disclosure of awards, are (1) transfers to other levels of government such as Equalization payments as well as Canada Health and Social Transfer payments. (2) Grants and contributions reallocated or otherwise redistributed by the recipient to third parties; and (3) information that would normally be withheld under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

AI Driven multivariate analysis of large historical and real time data sets delivering highly accurate model predictions
1026891
In the short term the purpose of the project is to help our company with the commercial launch of a daily mobile gaming innovation that links AI predictions with a core (powerups) game mechanic that is proprietary and patent protected. The AI driven multivariate solution uses 3rd party or internal historical and real-time relevant support data to develop increasingly accurate predictions. The project delivers: 1) short term commercial revenue, 2) valuable company owned IP and 3) core critical internal knowledge in AI development and utility. The in-house AI expertise we are building will help us with other projects within our development road map, The project builds the AI work our company has already been developing with the Durham AI Hub.

Hiring of a 3D Designer and Modeller
1027011
In brownfield projects, it is essential to create 3D models from scans using Scan-to-BIM processes. This involves developing 3D models from existing *E57 files and generating intelligent 3D models in the *ddd format compatible with IDS, our existing platform.
These models must also be interoperable in the *IFC format for seamless export to Revit. The proposed approach emphasizes accurately extracting measurements from scans, converting them into the *ddd file format, and exporting them to Revit for customer validation.
The generated models will prioritize accuracy and will be validated to ensure they align with the commonly used Revit *rvt file formats, ensuring realism and reliability.
