The objective of this agreement is to encourage the production and use of forest tree seeds or plants that have been collected, processed, raised, labelled and distributed in a manner that ensures their trueness to name.

In colorectal cancer, staging is crucial for patient survival. Current healthcare systems often fail at accurate staging, leading to poor outcomes and higher costs. The process requires manually searching for lymph nodes (LNs) in tissues removed during surgery, a task that is time-consuming (30 mins to over 2 hours), expensive, and often misses small LNs, risking incorrect treatment. To solve this problem, Tenomix is developing a platform combining robotics, ultrasound, and AI to automate LN detection, making the process quicker, cheaper, and more accurate. This will aid pathology labs and improve treatment decisions. The current project focuses on advancing this technology, preparing for regulatory filing in 2025.

The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.

The Firm will be building out infrastructure to simplify how clients are on boarded, enhancing the user experience, modernizing IT security libraries and improving security to attain SOC II compliance.

This project will add additional features enabling the ability to record and provide reporting that meets regulatory requirements.

Employee will focus on research and development of the Valencia Zest AI project. This will include research into AI solutions (build vs. buy), support to senior domain experts in developing the AI knowledge set, and material contributions to our Citrus Grove risk automation tool. This work will assist Valencia in digital transformation to better produce outcomes and improve efficiencies for consulting services work.

Hiring of a graduate in social sciences and geography with specialization in geospatial technologies to collaborate in the daily production of images based on image processing processes developed in-house, and in the improvement and adaptation of the latter for river ice mapping, among others.

With the advancement of AI technologies, DataRealm needs to understand how such a tool can be used to increase a competitive advantage over its competition. An AI tool can serve to ensure that work delivered is on time, functional and error free. AI tools can assist in all aspects of delivering such services. AI tools could provide efficiences in either generating code based on requirements or looking up vast code in large databased that contain libraries of code. With this project DataRealm will research and test various methods of AI Integration.

The overall objective of this initiative is to identify local SMEs in need of innovation and consulting and applied research support that will allow them to enhance production efficiency, sales and or employment through development and application of new processes, products and services within the areas of virtual production including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Screen Industry based Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). Through collaboration with SIRT and MRC as a result of this project initiative, SMEs will be able to accelerate product & process development, marketing and commercialization.
