Develop digital adoption plan

The intent is to educate the graduate in the techniques required to create documents related to Species at Risk, to understand and contribute to the Species at Risks programs, and to communicate the results of such work with these sensitive species through reports, social media, etc. Species at Risk programs are a significant component of SEM’s business and SEM will benefit from a bolstered capacity in these skills.

This grant is Canada's long-term institutional support for the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). The OIF uses these funds, as well as those of other donors, to carry out its mandate. The OIF's mandate includes: (1) the promotion of the French language and cultural and linguistic diversity; (2) the promotion of peace, democracy and human rights; (3) support for education, training, higher education and research; and (4) the promotion of sustainable economic development and solidarity. The OIF aims to incorporate the transversal axes of youth and gender equality into the implementation of its strategic objectives. The OIF conducts its activities with other institutions of La Francophonie, civil society and national, international and multilateral organizations. It delivers its programming through advocacy, project funding, technical assistance, training, awareness-raising and the dissemination of knowledge in French. Through its Strategic Framework 2015-2022, the OIF aims to place the action of La Francophonie in the international context of the fight against poverty and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Canada's support for OIF programming contributes, in particular, to the enhancement of the French language in a context of linguistic and cultural diversity, the strengthening of democratic governance and the rule of law among its members, the strengthening of access for all children to quality education and training, and the development of the Post-2015 Development Agenda.

Village Media plans to develop an integrated social networking platform into our existing Community Publishing Platform ("Villager") called SPACES.

Activities include the development of a website and social media campaign, bilingual webinars, and a final workshop for industry professionals and the public.

This project will provide a synchronization ability to tie streamed audio and video together, in order to connect the chronology of streams and enable stream replays without compromising on the engaging experience of multi-perspective views.
