Everest Solutions Group (“Everest”) aims to create an online solution capable of creating and managing Digital ID cards for students at colleges, universities and high schools in North America. The main purpose of the system is to replace the need for students and staff to carry physical ID cards that need to be printed and maintained. Beyond simple identity verification, a digital ID can also be used to:
- Provide access to campus buildings by interfacing with electronic door systems.
- Link student identity to other school systems such as cafeteria (meal plans), library and lab access.

SPF’s objective will be achieved by functioning as an innovative, partnership-driven complement to the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Strategy (ISETS) that fosters more integrated, harmonized, training-to-employment models or acts as a catalyst for the formation and testing of innovative new partnerships in Indigenous labour market development. SPF activities will emphasize joint stewardship and coordination consistent with the Aboriginal Economic Development Framework. Through access to SPF funding, a wider range of Indigenous organizations will deliver Indigenous labour market programming, serving to embed collaboration and maximize leveraging opportunities with industry, federal-provincial-territorial partners, and Indigenous partners

CIFFC will provide operational forest fire management services to participating agencies through: 1. Gathering, analysis and dissemination of fire management information to ensure a cost effective sharing of resources; 2. Activity promoting, developing, refining, standardizing and providing services to participating agencies that will improve forest fire management in Canada; and 3. Sharing equipment, technical personnel and information and information intended to share and defray capital and operating costs related to wildland fire management in an effort to maximize program efficiency from national and provincial/territorial perspectives. 4. The Proponents capacity for preparedness and response will be reinforced to ensure it can properly meet the demands of its members, while also preparing the Proponent to accommodate an expanded prevention and mitigation mandate.

Over the next five fiscal years, British Columbia will advance victim services and enhance access to justice for victims and their families by providing training and wellness supports for Community Safety and Victim Services staff; strengthening the work of Child Advocacy Centres and promoting ongoing coordination among the multi-disciplinary partners; supporting and developing the Restitution Program and broader restitution processes; delivering Trauma Informed Practice training to police, Crown counsel, victim service and anti violence programs, corrections, and lawyers; enhancing and expanding access to independent legal advice and representation for victims of sexual assault navigating disclosure processes; and exploring, piloting, and evaluating a centralized Information Gatherer service to provide court related information to community based victim and sexual assault support programs across British Columbia.

The objectives of the Program are to; support the development and utilization of effective approaches to address social issues and challenges;
develop, exchange and apply knowledge, tools and resources that address social needs of individuals, families and communities; foster partnerships and networks to address existing and emerging social issues; recognize and support the ability of not-for-profit organizations to identify and address social development priorities; and, recognize and promote community engagement initiatives (e.g. volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, innovation, partnerships, coalitions) that mobilize community assets and develop capacities and resources for action.
