Working in collaboration with technical, scientific, and engineering experts in the field of sustainable composites, Tern Boatworks is developing a suite of eco-friendly composite products and has generated a sizable amount of important Intellectual Property in this area of materials expertise. Strategically, our management team has decided to explore international partnerships to leverage our position. This proposed project will focus on exploring assessment of technology needs for the adoption of Tern Boatworks innovative composite recycling technology by a number of potential international customers. While also exploring technical adaptations to industry sectors beyond boatbuilding, including windfarm blades, and military and coast guard applications.

This project aims to improve and scale up insect farming method and subsequent processing of recombinant biomass protein. It addresses implementing efficient rearing and harvesting techniques, improving data management, and optimizing protein extraction processes. The goal of this project is to advance the company's patented EntoEngine platform for recombinant protein production for use in cellular agriculture (lab-grown meat) and human and animal therapeutics.

The project is to develop a more versatile and powerful Rates and Incentives capability to incorporate within the Diversys SaaS Platform, allowing Diversys to support the rapidly evolving needs of our customers in addition to being able to capture and serve a broader market of diverse recycling stewardship programs. This would reduce the amount of custom development required, allowing Engineering resources to focus on more valuable core product as well as reduce signature to launch timeframes. A newly designed rates module will also reduce the complexity, user errors and customer hand holding that currently burdens the Diversys support team.

This project will involve a renewable energy focused dashboard, developer focused portal and a corporate renewable energy focused dashboard. The developer portal will incorporate machine learning to predict performance and help Powertrust execute on its contract commitments for renewable energy. The buyer dashboard will integrate with internationally recognized REC tracking systems to present the buyer a holistic view of their procurement activities.
