Implementation of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to modernize manufacturing operations, improve productivity, and support job creation and retention through process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

The objective of the EAF is to support community based projects across Canada that improve accessibility, remove barriers, and enable Canadians with disabilities to participate in and contribute to their community.

The development of a hybrid propellant composition for 9mm ammunition to improve training realism for law enforcement. The project explores blending quickburn and slowburn powders to create reliable performance across a wide range of police firearms, while remaining within SAAMI specifications. Testing involves evaluating pressure, velocity, recoil impulse, and repeatability. By analyzing over a dozen propellant formulations and primer variations, the aim is to deliver a standardized training round that closely replicates duty ammunition, enhancing officer preparedness and public safety.
