The purpose of the Indigenous Habitat Participation Program and the Salish Sea Initiative, is to support the participation of Indigenous peoples in activities relating to the conservation and protection of fish and fish habitat, including the development of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans’ (DFO) policies, program elements and regulations and the development of their technical capacity to support greater involvement in the conservation and protection of fish and fish habitat.

Canadian fast aging population increases the demand for health care and places challenges on the caregivers' sustainability and government aged?care costs.

The objectives of the Program are: .• promoting volunteerism among seniors; .• engaging seniors in the community through.mentoring of others; .• expanding awareness of elder abuse, including.financial abuse; .• supporting social participation and inclusion of.seniors; and .• providing capital assistance for new and existing.community projects and/or programs for seniors. .

The Wanuskewin Heritage Park project will prevent environmental & infrastructure damage associated with slope erosion and water levels of the Opimihaw Creek. The project entails erosion control, restoration of degraded grassland environments, control and management of invasive species, the installation of pond levelers, planting of riparian vegetation on newly exposed riverbanks and signage to increase environmental education to the patrons of Wanuskewin.

By incorporating trauma-informed design principles, they seek to provide a secure and empowering environment that supports survivors' healing and accountability needs with no financial burden.

This project aims to improve the climate resilience of Indigenous Peoples in Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Peru by affirming Indigenous rights and enabling self-determination. Project activities include: (1) providing sub-grants (65% of funding) to projects co-implemented by Indigenous Peoples in Canada and in developing countries. that focus on gender-responsive nature-based solutions projects for climate adaptation; (2) establishing an Indigenous Steering Group and Indigenous Wisdom and Knowledge Circle to guide project selection and support; (3) organizing capacity-bridging sessions and knowledge exchange spaces, including a regional forum conducted on Indigenous land-based stewardship, traditional laws, and legal approaches; and (4) creating mechanisms for Indigenous participation in decision-making processes and bodies, policy reforms, climate action, and nature-based solutions initiatives.

The local partner is the National Organization of Indigenous Andean and Amazonian Women of Peru (ONAMIAP), which is a coordinator and member of the Continental Network of Indigenous Women of the Americas (ECMIA-SUR).

In addition, input from several National Indigenous Organizations will be included, such as the National Indigenous Organization of Colombia (Organización Nacional Indígena de Colombia – ONIC), the National Confederation of Indigenous Women of Bolivia (Confederación Nacional de Mujeres Indígenas de Bolivia – CNAMIB), the Coordinator of Women's Community Organizations (Coordinadora de Organizaciones Comunitarias de Mujeres – COMAM-GUATEMALA), the National Coordinating Committee of Widows of Guatemala (Coordinadora Nacional de Viudas de Guatemala – CONAVIGUA) and the Grand Council of Ancestral Authorities of the Ch'orti People (Gran Consejo de Autoridades Ancestrales del Pueblo Chortí).

The Education for Jordan Prosperity - Phase II (E4JP-2) project aims to further support Jordan, enabling access to quality education for all while strengthening its education systems.

The Advancing Gender Equality, Resilience, Opportunity, and Inclusion Worldwide (GROW) Facility aims to improve women’s livelihoods in developing countries by shifting corporate practices and creating economic opportunities for women. It seeks to achieve gender equality results by providing financial support and advisory services to help businesses improve gender equality through their core functions. This includes employing people, delivering goods and services, and allocating capital. The Facility aims to offer loans and other financial tools to support companies with growth strategies aligned with gender equality goals.

The project aims to contribute to strengthened self-determination by Inuit by strengthening ICC positions on issues relevant to Inuit;
increasing ICC’s ability to engage in international decision-making by Inuit; and increasing Arctic forum participants’ understanding of issues facing Inuit.
To do so, the project conducts research on issues relevant to Inuit priorities, promotes engagement opportunities at all levels of government to Inuit and Inuit rights holding organizations, and launches Arctic advocacy campaigns on issues such as human rights and environment and climate change.

The project aims to safeguard the lives and livelihoods of Ukrainians, including women and internally-displaced persons, by addressing the threat of explosive ordnance, present across vast areas of the country.
Project activities include: (1) conducting non-technical survey and subsequent manual clearance in targeted communities; (2) providing capacity building to key national stakeholders; and (3) establishing a Gender and Diversity Working Group to promote gender-transformative mine action in Ukraine.
