This project, P017133, aims to support Convergence to strengthen and scale the global blended finance ecosystem for increased mobilized private capital towards sustainable development and poverty reduction in emerging markets and developing economies. It will do so through supporting enhanced data transparency and benchmarking activities, expand capacity building activities, ensure regional representation, and strengthen policy engagement and thought leadership on blended finance. In turn, these activities will contribute to a more enabling environment for private investments in emerging economies by lowering barriers to entry, more standardized approaches across actors, and increase the supply of high-quality, investible opportunities.

The objectives of the Labour Funding Program are to:.• promote respect for fundamental labour rights and international obligations through capacity building of labour administrations and exchange of good practice in the areas of labour relations and working conditions; .• develop and transfer knowledge on effective approaches to address the labour dimensions of globalization in Canada and internationally; .• strengthen relationships that foster collaboration, partnership, alliances and networks to address labour issues; .• support the capacity of governments, labour and management, and employers and employees to identify and address labour issues; and, .• promote knowledge sharing through the development, exchange and application of knowledge, tools and resources that address labour issues and/or sustain or enhance labour practices and labour relations. .

The purpose of this agreement is to assist Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation in reviewing Canadian Nuclear Laboratories' application to amend the Gentilly-1 Waste Facility licence and participating in the Commission hearing.

Purchase office equipment and supplies

The project will provide Gladue after care services to clients in the justice system. The position will be a split one with Indigenous Peoples Court worker which will provide stable relationship with Indigenous Peoples Court and clients present in court.

This project consists in organizing a community feast during the next circuit court presence in Kawawachikamach in April 2026.

The Prince George Urban Aboriginal Justice Society (PGUAJS) will host a provincial gathering of Indigenous Justice Programs (IJPs) in Prince George, bringing together representatives from approximately 31 programs across British Columbia.

This project will evaluate the impact and outcomes of Tungasuvvingat Inuit’s Legal Support Program to demonstrate its value for urban Inuit and support future funding as the current funding cycle concludes.

An R&D project to develop and validate robust handheld tablet tailored for extreme environments and improved software capability, integrated with MMIST’s other products for overall improvements to aerial-delivery operations in Northern and Arctic conditions.
