Host public exhibits in three Ontario locations which will include commemorative art pieces, project participant videos and interviews to create a space of healing for those directly affected by Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and to bring awareness through stories and art pieces.

The Pacific Association of First Nations Women proposes to hold eight meetings that will focus on trust and safety for victims and survivors of crime in the urban area of Vancouver, British Columbia.

The project will provide Elder services to the Indigenous cultural wellness program with a focus on victims' mental health and will increase existing counselling and healing services.

Communities across Canada that have a significant issue with homelessness and will have increased supports for their vulnerable populations through Reaching Home. This is accomplished by mobilizing partners at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, and other stakeholders, to address barriers to well-being faced by those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Action Research on Chronic Homelessness will identify actions needed to end chronic homelessness by exploring ways to break down persistent barriers encountered by communities across Canada. This is accomplished by providing direct funding to eight communities across Canada and mobilizing collaborators at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private sectors, to address barriers encountered by communities to preventing and reducing chronic homelessness through the Community Capacity and Innovation funding stream under Reaching Home.

The funding supports projects that enable seniors to age at home under two streams: .• In-Home Support Pilot Projects.• Scaling Up for Seniors. . .In-Home Support Pilot Projects stream.Provides funding to seniors-serving organizations to expand delivery of volunteer-based services to low-income and otherwise vulnerable seniors to help them age at home and provide a service that helps seniors navigate and gain access to services provided by other organizations active in the local area. .Scaling Up for Seniors stream.Provides funding to expand services that have already demonstrated results in helping seniors age at home.

This contribution agreement supports the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation to hire a Liaison and Engagement Officer that will establish relationships with impacted communities and determine the type of residential school commemoration that is appropriate. This contribution also provides the funding necessary for the interested communities to unveil commemorative markers, hold healing gatherings, or host other forms of commemorative initiatives.

This contribution supports the implementation and piloting
of a Guardians Program for Biigtigong Nishnaabeg (BN)
within Pukaskwa National Park.

This grant supports Indigenous engagement and reconciliation by bringing elders together to witness the opening of a significant indigenous lead exhibit that will be on display for public viewing for the next two years at the Gulf of Georgia National Historic Site.
