The salmon farming industry is currently using an inefficient process to handle the movement of fish, causing poor fish health and resulting in reduced yield and higher costs. The patent pending VSI System will provide significant improvement to the movement of fish throughout the lifecycle of the fish farming process. The VSI system provides a more natural environment to encourage fish movement, which results in healthier fish, improved yield, and is less labor intensive which will benefit the operator and aquaculture industry as a whole.

OneHSN is embarking on a Business Strategy project aimed at transforming its' sales process and automating marketing efforts to increase lead generation and streamline the sales journey. This project is aimed at accelerating the adoption of OneHSN's childcare technologies in the North American markets.

With the use of a comprehensive gap analysis, Petra will develop and deploy novel solutions and the people necessary to build a digitally transformative and resilient supply chain. By mining the newly captured data underlying Petra’s supply-chain, Petra will measure certain KPI’s (Inventory Turnover Ratio, Days Inventory Outstanding, Days Payable Outstanding, Total Product Cycle Time, and Cash Conversion Cycle) to control and improve the financial health of the organization.

The project will support development of intellectual property capacity within the firm. The Project will support development of intellectual property capacity as it relates to conducting an IP Audit to establish an IP Inventory, as well as a GAP analysis to indicate areas of client focus within the context of their newly formed IP Strategy.
