KnowHow trains new service workers. It is critical that employers feel confident that workers who have completed training on KnowHow feel confident their staff will have the knowledge necessary to perform their job functions. This project aims to create AI-based worker knowledge testing on a company’s unique processes.

The building envelope is a critical element in building design that affects the energy efficiency and indoor comfort of a building. Building envelope technology such as double façades, green roofs, and insulated glazing are effective strategies that can improve building envelope performance. AI shading is another promising technology that can optimize the amount of natural light and heat entering the building. However, the integration of these technologies has not been extensively studied. This research proposal aims to investigate the integration of AI shading and other building envelope technology for optimal building performance.

This project is a customer acquisition tool. Based on key parameters inputted by a customer specific projects are displayed to allow the customer to understand how we can help them realize their end product. This management suite of products that will be developed also includes resource tracking as well as 360 review tool to optimize performance by reducing costs. The end product is an outbound customer acquisition tool as well as an internal optimization tool to facilitate project workflow and improve employee performance. The result is improved customer experience and increased revenue while improving internal efficiencies.

MinuteBox will be optimizing its cloud-based platform to better streamline entity management, by introducing the ability for external users (law firms’ clients) to input data directly into the platform through pointed questionnaires, while also introducing automated data retrieval from government bodies/websites and automatically inputting the data into the system summary.

The Project will support development of intellectual property capacity within the Firm.

SmartGRO has developed a proprietary horticultural lighting system which has been shown in controlled trials to use a significantly lower amount of energy to produce an equivalent quantity of biomass as compared to the horticultural lighting industry's top products. This technology offers a significant opportunity to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector and help the industry move closer toward net-zero production. The purpose of this project is to prepare smartGRO horticultural lighting products for validation in a comprehensive product demonstration where the luminary performance is analyzed for efficacy on a range of economically relevant greenhouse crops in both a laboratory and operational settings.

Deadwood Innovations (DI) has developed a process to reclaim low quality timber from beetle and fire damaged stands and low grade lumber and transform these into value-added and engineered wood products through a proprietary wood densification process. DI has a partnership with Nak’azdli Development Corporation and has executed agreements that utilize the idled Nak’azdli owned Tl’oh Forest Products building for the operation of a pilot plant currently proving out the technology and evaluating a range of densified lumber products for value-added wood markets.

International Co-Innovation Action Program (ICAP) project - in this project, the firm will focus on identifying international partners for co-development of its disruptive arsenic stabilization technology.

Through leveraging LLMs/AI, financial data, and prompt engineering, the project aims to reduce the time and cost of financial advice and education to Canadian consumers.

Our professional services software, and other software we've evaluated, doesn't do a good job of displaying specific dashboards, analytics and KPIs for teams to execute and be driven by regularly. Our project takes our limited API access and abilities to centralize and control the data ourselves, then building an analytics and performance engine with a customized UI on top. This will allow us to not just measure performance, but automate our process and workflows to better execute as a team, and scale our growth without compromise.
