Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) often spend hours looking at dashboards, metrics, traces and logs trying to understand system behavior during routine health checks or debugging production issues. These activities are often time consuming and the outcome depends on the level of experience.
Our main objective is to build a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Assistant using Agentic AI to help troubleshoot issues faster while lowering the knowledge gap.

This project will test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to optimize a repeatable and scalable business process, which may result in new business methods for frontline operations in industrial manufacturing.

CSMC is actively developing Canada’s first commercial nuclear Micro Modular Reactor (MMR) — LEUNR — uniquely capable of rapid and secure deployment to the Arctic. This project seeks to deliver an unfueled instrumentation and controls prototype of LEUNR by the end of February 2026 on the path to commissioning a fueled demonstrator by 2029.

To advance the development of the Firm's AI Driven Weld Engineering software for generative and predictive welding procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR), from a proof of concept to a commercial-ready product.

The project aims to develop an innovative advanced firefighting pump for improved compatibility, easier maintenance, and smarter controls, using advanced material engnieering with the goal of using it for innovative new applications, especially in portable uses such as forest firefighting and emergency flooding response.

The purpose of this CanExport Innovation agreement is to support Canadian organizations to carry out activities related to pursuing opportunities that would lead to establishing new collaborative Research and Development (R&D) partnerships between the Recipient and foreign organizations in order to support R&D on the Recipient’s technology and advance its commercialization.

This project will build an early-stage research eDNA sensor that automates the qPCR process. The eDNA sensor will be designed to be fully submersible with onboard batteries, reagents, pumps and analysis module that will perform sample collection, DNA extraction and identification.
