This contribution supports research into understanding contaminants in Lake Huron, with a focus on the water area of the Saugeen Ojibway Territory, including the development of indicator(s) for Fathom Five National Marine Park ecological sustainability program. The work will be assessing the feasibility of expanding the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Mussel Watch Program to Canadian waters in the region.

One-year contribution agreement between Canada and the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador for the delivery of immigration and refugee legal aid.

This Project aims to deliver tailored capacity building support to several entities throughout Jordan’s security sector including the Public Security Directorate (PSD), Anti-Narcotics Department (AND), and Special Operations Forces (JORSOF) to enhance their ability to counter threats to Jordan’s security and stability including terrorism and illicit narcotics trafficking. The Project will see CTCBP expand its lines of effort to provide training and specialized equipment to the AND as it works to better understand and counter the flow of narcotics emanating from Syria as this continues to have a destabilizing effect on Jordan and the region more broadly. The Project will also wrap up engagement with the PSD in the field of critical incident response, with the aim of creating a completely sustainable capability within the PSD beyond the Project's life cycle. Finally, the Project will expand ongoing support for JORSOF to continue its efforts to increase the integration of female soldiers into operational roles within its counterterrorism units, particularly in the areas of intelligence gathering and exploitation.

This grant represents Canada’s institutional support to Girls Not Brides.

This project supports the United Nations Population Fund and United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund Global Programme to End Child Marriage, a multi-donor joint United Nations program. It aims to eliminate child marriage in 12 countries in Africa and South Asia where the rates of child marriage are among the highest: Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Yemen and Zambia.

The N-LEAP program is designed to actively engage Arctic and Northern Canadian youth in shaping international Arctic policy and governance structures. By providing opportunities for learning, capacity building, and participation, the program aims to provide opportunity for Arctic and Northern Canadian youth to enhance their understanding of international Arctic policy and amplify their voice in policy dialogues through 2 project components:

1) Sending policy delegation to International Arctic Policy

2) Implement 2 Arctic Policy Cohort

Empowering women and girls through the promotion of human rights, gender equality, and eradicating Sexual and Gender Based Violence in Somaliland through community empowerment, awareness raising, capacity building, and advocacy initiatives.

Conflict and stability analysis in Acholi, Lango and West Nile sub-regions in Uganda for sustainable peace and stability.

The project, focuses on confirming the baseline value proposition of a novel receptor scaffold technology by showcasing superior features of the firm's T-cell product compared to standard of care in vivo. The technology will then be expanded to build a treatment directed towards solid tumours.
