Remote desktop software typically encodes a video stream of the remote display’s content as a form of compression. This project enables a new mechanism of encoding which resolves the typical bottleneck of frame rate being gated by the length of the encoding operation.

Gastronomous is developing a transformative way to automate beverage service in a seamless integration utilizing existing beverage dispensing equipment. The system will integrate with existing POS systems to accept customer orders and execute service in a consistent, accurate and fast way and reduce labour attendance.

The purpose of this CanExport Innovation agreement is to support Canadian organizations to carry out activities related to pursuing opportunities that would lead to establishing new collaborative Research and Development (R&D) partnerships between the Recipient and foreign organizations in order to support R&D on the Recipient’s technology and advance its commercialization.

As part of the international consortium project “BioTwin Geolocation and Computer Vision”, this project will focus on EXO Insights is partnering with Pupil Labs to develop mutually beneficial tech advancements. EXO will focus on their BioTwin® platform, while Pupil Labs will enhance its eye-tracking and RIM software. The BioTwin® platform utilizes Pupil Labs sensors and serves as an effective testing ground for new Pupil Labs technology. The partnership includes R&D for new product features, testing and integration of Pupil Labs tech, and real-world application testing. It will also involve creating marketing materials based on deployment use cases and developing new purchasable product features for both organizations.
