The objectives of the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy Program (YESSP) are to help all youth navigate through the labour market and to successfully transition into sustained employment. These objectives are attained by supporting the needs of all youth, especially youth facing barriers to develop skills, knowledge and networks through education, skills development and meaningful work experiences.

Develop software to parameterize 3D forms and automate complex artwork application without deformation.

Introduction and implementation of Digital Twin technology to enhance and improve complex construction and facility management workflows by using Internet of Things (IoT) and 3D models of buildings and infrastructure.

This project will leverage the prior success developing a PET platform to address particular challenges in biopsy guidance, range of motion, field of view, 3D imaging, and generative neural network image enhancement.

The project will leverage AI to enhance diagnosis capabilities for atherosclerotic disease, such as improving speed and accuracy of risk assessments for physicians and better informing their intervention strategies.

Super Chatbot – An AI powered chatbot that connects to a car dealerships Inventory Management System (IMS) & general knowledge base to replace a full-time customer service agent and business development center (BDC) rep. This product will be offered as a B2B software to assist independent & franchise car dealerships. The chatbot can receive primary & secondary goals from the dealer and will take actions in its communication to accomplish these goals. Through natural language, it can recommend vehicles in the dealer inventory, answer commonly asked questions (working hours, locations, inventory availability), schedule test drives & appointments.

Simulating optical components at micro and nanoscale using general purpose 3D optical solvers is often computationally expensive. The computational burden can be reduced significantly if structures in question can be modelled well in 2D. For most nanophotonic structures, however, current approaches to 2D modelling are inaccurate at best and, at worst, completely fail to give even qualitative design guidance. Previous work has demonstrated that machine learning models can create a reliable link between 2D and 3D representations of select grating coupler configurations that include metamaterials.

Ecopia is developing a proprietary street-level imagery capture and processing technology, extending its existing AI-driven mapping capabilities. This project aims to enhance map accuracy and data richness by incorporating detailed street-level data, unlocking new commercial opportunities in asset management, civil engineering and government sectors.

This project will enable further development of proprietary cable-suspended 3D printing head and a highly precise cable drive system.

The key objectives include designing and implementing a secure instruction transmission system using common authentication schemes, and enhancing the system to handle a broader range of symbols and asset classes using mapping techniques and global identifiers.
