Reaching Home aims to prevent and reduce homelessness across Canada. This is accomplished by mobilizing partners at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, and other stakeholders, to address barriers to well-being faced by those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Grant as part of the Participant Funding Program to Kwadacha Nation to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Lawyers-Ranch Project.

To strengthen responses to drug and substance use issues in Canada.

The project seeks to enhance the security of the community by purchasing and installing a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) camera system, an intrusion detection system, a notification and warning system, an access control system, an exterior lighting system, a fence, gates, and training on how to use the newly installed equipment. As a result of this project, the population that uses the facility will feel safer from hate-motivated incidents/crimes.

The project seeks to enhance the security of the community by purchasing and installing a video surveillance system, an intrusion detection system, a public address and intercom system, a physical access control system, exterior security lighting, a fence; gates, reinforced exterior doors, a security-grade window film, and providing training on how to use the systems installed. As a result of this project, the population that uses the facility will feel safer from hate-motivated incidents/crimes.

The purpose of this Canada Community Security Program Agreement is to provide funding to this local Jewish community organization to enhance their security. 

​British Columbia's Regional Integrated Drug Enforcement Team (RIDET) will unify federal, provincial, and municipal teams to improve communication, collaboration, and coordination across jurisdictions, and enhance the ability to track and disrupt drug operations from port entry to regional distribution, leading to a deeper understanding of illicit drug activities in British Columbia.

This grant supports the Blackfoot Confederacy Tribal Council to host an Indigenous Guardians gathering, bringing Nations together to advance regional stewardship planning, build on collective multi-Nation experience, and support the development of a future-focused collaborative vision between the Blackfoot Confederacy Tribal Nations and Parks Canada.
