The Project will support pilot deployment of DeepMSI based AI models into clinical environment, optimize compute architecture that will help speed up the analysis of real time data, improve quantification of DryAMD disease biomarkers including drusen, pigment and GA.

The project spans four phases: target identification and sensor technology development, target validation and integration of microfluidics and sensor technology, testing and performance optimization of prototype and clinical validation of prototype. The platform promises automated, real-time molecular stratification of sepsis severity and immune response subtypes, crucial for personalized care in hospital settings.

To translate these exciting results to clinical application, we will focus on developing a large-scale production process that emulates the generation of GMP-grade CAR-NK cells. The immediate goal of this project is to create Standard Operating Procedures for large-scale CAR-NK cell production and release assays, which will be transferred to a GMP facility for clinical trials in Canada.

The current project would assist testing, validation and (ML-guided) training of the PanOmiQ software for clinical deployment in hospitals and for use by researchers in academic institutions.

There is an urgent need to identify new therapeutic approaches for pain. The company has discovered a non-opioid based regulatory mechanism that provides potent pain relief. The company has validated its’ proprietary compounds on this new pain therapy target and the current project will concentrate on the chemical synthesis and biological validation studies to identify and develop back-up compounds as a risk mitigation strategy for the lead compounds currently in development.
