Develop digital adoption plan

The purpose of Middleton's Transportation Master Plan is to prepare and support the Town for future growth, address current issues and increases in traffic of all modes in the most sustainable way possible. The objectives of the Plan will be to provide the Town with a multi-modal transportation plan that: Guides Active Transportation policy, infrastructure development, and community connectivity, Integrates accessibility and access for individuals of all ages, abilities and circumstances, Encourages economic development and future growth of the Town, Integrates climate mitigation practices, Integrates with the Town’s Asset Management Program.

February 2023 – The World Health Organization (WHO) works with countries and partners to prepare for, prevent, respond to, and recover from, hazards that create health emergencies, including disasters, disease outbreaks and conflicts. The WHO’s Contingency Fund for Emergencies (CFE) is a replenishable fund established to provide the resources necessary to rapidly scale up WHO’s initial acute response to outbreaks and emergencies with health consequences. The Fund is designed to fill critical funding gaps from the beginning of an emergency until the organization can access additional sources of funds.

With GAC’s support, the CFE helps the WHO react early to prevent escalation of health emergencies. Project activities include: (1) deploying experts to assess outbreak threat; (2) delivering essential medicines, supplies and equipment; (3) training health personnel; and (4) strengthening health sector coordination and health information systems.

Stuffing system automation

Analysis of the possibilities for singular and automated processing of amalgamated organic products on a conveyor.

A new ultra-durable hard foul release marine coating for ice breaking and ice-resistant vessels will be developed using proprietary technology. This will positively impact the performance of vessels navigating Arctic waters that currently do not have adequate protection from marine growth.

At ProHara, our Accessible Customer Service Training Certification Program supports Canadian organizations to become leaders in providing customer service excellence to persons with disabilities. Our French Language Expansion Project will allow ProHara to develop our certification program into French. This will allow more Canadians to learn about accessible customer service. ProHara will grow and scale into an expanded market and further establish our company as an inclusive training provider in both official languages. This furthers our mission to help create a world where people of all abilities are provided with equitable opportunities to access the goods and services they need, while feeling welcome, dignified and accepted.
