Build a content-driven and systematic growth engine to support Givecloud’s product-lead growth strategy. The growth engine should drive quality paid and organic demand into a proven and predictable funnel for converting that demand to active fundraisers.

Upon project completion, The51 will have a greater understanding of the specific market opportunities in developing proprietary financial feminist platform - the market gap, the market opportunity, and platform roadmap outlining what The51 should build and develop that's unique and proprietary, or alternatively acquire or partner with to deliver on its promise of building the financial feminist economy.

This project will support the firm in furthering their development of nanobody-based prophylaxis agents targeting two economically-important pathogens of farmed shrimp. Nanobodies targeting one of the pathogens (Vibrio parahaemolyticus) will be validated in an industrial setting with field trials using a commercially-relevant shrimp species and proof of concept of the nanobodies' efficacy against the other pathogen (White Spot Syndrome Virus) will be demonstrated at the bench scale in a surrogate in vivo model.

This project will involve the firm hiring a recent graduate with a science degree in biology to be involved in several of SEM’s initiatives, including assisting with progression of work on American eel, boreal felt lichen, and little brown bat surveys. The goal of this internship is to train a young biologist in the techniques required to work with these sensitive species, within the guidelines established by provincial and federal authorities. Each of these initiatives involves the learning of specialized procedures and SEM will benefit from a bolstered capacity in these skills.

Refinement of a new modular, automated robotic system.

Hiring of a new engineer who will participate in the development of the firm in the fields of robotics and crane analysis.

The backend sports data insights product currently requires manual data review to ensure data accuracy. This is time consuming and prone to human error. The project will design, develop and test consistent and common code and data automation throughout the sports data collection engine.

Waterford Energy Services Inc. (WESI) will investigate the feasibility of installing a marine based electrolysis hydrogen production facility in coastal Nova Scotia. The purpose of the facility is to provide hydrogen for marine craft that are fully or partially converted from carbon-based fuels to hydrogen.

Flahmingo is exploring adding a social platform within their investment application. Project includes technical and regulatory requirements gathering and planning for implementation.
