Improved BBB models are necessary to overcome these challenges. To this end, we will develop novel microfluidic chips into which laboratory BBB models can 3D bioprinted, grown, and used to test drug compounds in an environment that mimics key aspects of the human BBB.

This Space Technology Development Program (STDP) project aims to prototype the next generation of digital electronics at the heart of the sensor (the Digital Radio Frequency Unit, or DRFU). We approach the project using the latest Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) devices, which will bring a significant reduction in size, power and complexity to the sensor.

This project creates jobs for four highly qualified personnel and is a building block capability for the sustainable use of space through enabling satellite services such as refuelling and space debris removal, while also having Earth-based applications to make the robotics we interact with safer.

Satellites are critical infrastructure in our technologically advancing world. Daily, we use satellites to navigate, predict weather, and communicate.

Focusing on the area around Inuvik in the Northwest Territories, we will combine computer simulations with data collected from aircraft, satellites, and computer simulations of weather and concomitant weather records.

Because people do not search for events they are unaware of we need to create a way for the pub to reach a nearby consumer on the appropriate day (Tuesdays) at the appropriate time (3:30pm - 7pm) and spend the allocated daily budget ($25.00 per day).

These materials will also provide valuable context and commentary towards decision making as in areas where we otherwise have no documentation at all to support negotiations.
