The project focuses on the enhancement of FPrimeC’s existing inventory, which is actively used for the evaluation of civil infrastructure using advanced non-destructive testing methods powered by AI-enabled data analysis. FPrimeC owns a labeled and validated inventory of various types of damage in civil infrastructure. The database includes field data collected from various assets (e.g., bridges, silos, tanks, etc.) to create a proprietary dataset categorized by deterioration type, severity, and exposure conditions. FPrimeC aims to continuously expand and improve this dataset using data collected from future projects involving a wide range of concrete structures under different environmental conditions.

This project advances the development of tools, predictive models, and workflows that leverage 3D spatial data for mineral exploration. By integrating multi-dimensional modeling, it enhances geospatial analysis capabilities, enabling more informed decision-making, improved risk management, and better optimization of exploration efforts.

OmaScan is developing a digital platform that uses smartphone 3D scanning to help occupational therapists assess homes for accessibility modifications. This project will advance the platform through core development and pilot testing with OT partners, followed by an assessment of the technical, security, and clinical integration requirements needed for broader adoption of the technology.

This project phase focuses on building a core HVAC recommendation engine to drive measurable energy savings, quantifying financial ROI for building operators, and enabling cloud-to-cloud system integrations to modernize legacy Canadian commercial real estate.
