The Value Connect software solution automates the manual steps involved with managing everything related to property appraisals for mortgage lenders (operations and sales), appraisers and borrowers.

This project includes enterprise-grade new and enhanced features necessary to move up-market to larger lenders, including smaller Tier-1 banks and legal segment. Similarly, new integrations based on OAuth2 are included for SalesForce.com, Opta, Intellifi (formerly known as Delta 360), and Sepr8.com. The current Mobile app backend-end architecture will be redesigned to create a separate data warehouse of inspections completed by appraisers. In addition to security and application robustness benefits, this data can be leveraged in future.

Working with Ontario Tech, we will research and implement methods to “build in” optimization and quality assurance as we migrate Team Eagle’s software portfolio to a Cloud-based offer. Throughout this process, Team Eagle and Ontario Tech will provide ongoing input into the ITEA SmartDelta project. The development team will be able to evaluate and provide feedback on the applicability of the recommendations provided in WP4 and WP5. Team Eagle will work closely with Ontario Tech University on specific tasks including evaluating the market impact in their sector and provide guidance and feedback on additional tasks from their development team.

The project consists of a redesign of our current melt pot to make it a crucible which will allow the melting and holding of molten metal to be more efficient and safer. The heating elements will be designed on the exterior of the pot not like the current pots where the heating elements are inside the molten metal.

This project will develop a model to promote standardization and coordination of existing Family Law Advocacy programs in BC for victims of intimate partner violence who are involved in the family justice system. It will establish and deliver continuous standardized training, mentorship and practical support to BC family law advocates.

The Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA) Family Courtworker Program: Updating to Best Practice project will focus on updating the practices and approaches for family courtworkers outlined in the Family Courtwork Manual, The Firelight Group will facilitate discussions, review and update core documents and provide training on the updated practices for approximately 25 family courtworkers. The materials will be made available to other Indigenous Courtwork programs across Canada.
