The Nunatsiavut Government leads one of the most comprehensive plastic pollution monitoring programs in the Arctic, including monitoring of water, ice, shorelines, and animals.

By combining Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit (IQ), satellite data and state-of-the?art unmanned airborne vehicles (UAVs, or drones), the team will co?produce new information on sea ice and snow roughness and slush for the operational SmartICE Ice Travel Safety Maps. The production of these maps may be piloted in partner Nunavut communities of Arctic Bay, Gjoa Haven, Pond Inlet, Qikiqtarjuaq, and a Nunavik community, and eventually be expanded to all SmartICE communities (>24) in Inuit Nunangat.

Build & Operate will create the software necessary to automate production using a number of third-party collaborative robots on manufacturing floors, including those of Fanuc, Doosan, Universal Robots, Kinova & Epson, allowing for a seamless transition of the robot from the simulated environment to the work environment (DEPLOY). It will then provide the software necessary to operate (OPERATE) complex automated programs in this multi-vendor environment and monitor all of them in a unified network, as if they all belong to the same vendor.

This project is designed to help Trip Ninja create a new system for dynamically packaging flight and hotel content together for all types of flights (one-way, round-trip and multi-stop), not just round-trip, which is what is typically found in the market.

This is Stage-II of the Providius Cybersecurity for IoT, AV and Workplace Technology software. Client will focus on three main problem statements: 1. patch management, which will dynamically track the version of software a device is executing, 2. network appliance telemetry which will dynamically track health, performance, and linkage to connected devices in real-time, and 3. both 1 and 2 will be bundled in a secure and scalable deployment package, ready for on-prem and cloud based operations.

The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.

The project entails development testing and user validation of a platform that creates sustainable connections between business and charities by removing barriers to group employee volunteering. The businesses will benefit with lower administration and coordination of volunteering as well as build corporate culture and social capital. Charities and non-profits will gain access to a large and consistent pool of volunteers and support for their fundraising efforts and events.

Forage is developing the first fully off-grid mushroom farm, capable of operation in nearly any geography or climate, using renewable energy.

The second project pillar is Pilimmaksarniq, which will involve developing practical knowledge and skills for the organization, administration, and execution of community-based SAR operations. The third pillar, Maligait, will create a comprehensive model to facilitate continuous SAR planning and preparations for the future.

The project is composed of three parts: (i) Identification and analysis of A. baumannii genes that allow for bacteriophage infection, (ii) deletion of endogenous prophages in AB5075 by allelic replacement, and (iii) identifying genes responsible for capsule overproduction (often the target of bacteriophages) in strains overproducing bacterial second messenger c-di-GMP
