Tray optimization provides a way for residents, surgeons, and hospital organizations to accurately understand and then optimize the allocation of instruments in the surgical tray. In the status quo, tray instrument decisions are guided by offline preference cards that frequently become outdated, leading to trays that contain superfluous items and incur unnecessary reprocessing and sterilization costs.

MindsetDRM manages the rights of spoken word content (speeches, podcasts, etc.), splitting and sharing royalties between creative contributors. The firm's current operation requires a person to scan and match vast libraries of content across massive content platforms. With the successful scaling of the firm's product, MindsetDRM is poised to transition much of this effort to technology, allowing it to scale operations, attract new clients, and grow.

Within 9 months, and through this project, the firm plans to be poised as an emerging global leader in spoken word digital rights management.

This project will contribute to designs of firm’s latest generation laser scanners that are smallest and most flexible. Two Mate Gauge products will be revised under this work, resulting in laser gauges that will be deployed in battery, steel, and building materials industries.

Summit View is developing an advanced algae cultivation platform with the objective to commercialize and produce algae biomass at $20/kg protein to affordably feed a hungry world. The pathway to achieve this objective includes doubling the known density and yield of the algae culture, minimize energy and nutrient costs while moving to achieve economies of scale to a commercial production levels. Having achieved doubled of density and yield at bench scale there is need to demonstrate further algae cost reductions at commercial scale levels.

This proposal requests financial support to retain a technical person as we move to a larger production scale to demonstrate production cost reductions in our objective to achieve $20/kg protein.
