The project will build an autonomous AI business intelligence platform that will analyze small ISPs' operations and finances to generate professional documentation and strategic insights enabling better decision-making and capital access.

Masterly Food will develop and pilot Delight Checkout+, a dual self-checkout system using AI vision and RFID technology to enable fast, on-the-spot payments. Integrated with our existing Delight Zone platform, the system allows customers to place items on a smart tray, instantly view their total, pay using various contactless methods, and receive a receipt. The project aims to improve accessibility, especially for seniors, and will evaluate which method, AI, RFID, or both, best enhances user experience. The system will also be commercialized as a standalone product.

CareCompassion is an AI-enhanced patient recovery management platform designed to improve patient outcomes through personalized care plans, multilingual support, real-time monitoring, and proactive patient engagement. The solution securely integrates patient data from wearables, supports medication adherence, pain management, and exercise tracking, facilitating faster recovery and reducing healthcare complications and costs.

The firm is planning on going into international markets to increase revenues, address market demand, and diversify its client portfolio as it scales. This can be achieved by using client partners as a mechanism to validate the firms solution to the market, increase speed to market and market access to provide different use case scenarios and also gain international experience, which will in turn open Canadian market opportunities.

The firm wishes to develop, implement and optimize a digital/growth marketing strategy to benefit the firm with its sales revenues, increase product awareness and reduce sales and marketing costs.

The role will be a full-time position focused primarily on marketing initiatives.
