Contribution to assist the Saskatchewan Environmental Society participate in Environmental Non-Governmental Organization forum meetings with the CNSC in 2023.

Contribution to assist Curve Lake First Nation participate in meetings and activities with CNSC staff under their Terms of Reference for long-term engagement in 2023-24.

The Sustainable Jobs Stream aims to build a robust supply of skilled trades people who are better equipped for the transition to a low-carbon economy...The stream supports projects that develop and deliver green training for journeypersons and apprentices in Red Seal trades and contribute to building a robust trades and apprenticeship training ecosystem in Canada.

The overarching objective of the Union Training and Innovation Program aims to strengthen apprenticeship training systems to better support a skilled, inclusive, certified and productive trades workforce by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of training provided. .The streams have the following specific objectives: .Stream 1 (Equipment) will increase investment in training equipment and materials for higher quality training, leading to a more skilled and productive trade workforce. .Stream 2 (Innovation in Apprenticeship) will support innovation and enhanced partnerships to address long-standing and complex challenges that limit apprenticeship outcomes. .Stream 3 (Women in Construction Fund [WCF]) will support projects that expand or replicate successful models to encourage more women to participate and succeed in apprenticeship and the skilled trades. Stream 4 (Trades Exploration and Experience Program) will support projects that encourage Canadians to explore, prepare for, participate and succeed in apprenticeship and skilled trades careers.

The objective of the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Fund (WHVPF) is to develop sector specific tools and resources related to harassment and violence prevention that will support behavioural changes in the workplace, provide guidance to workers regarding new harassment and violence regulations, and support the co-development and delivery of mandatory training that will be set out in the harassment and violence regulations.
