Xatśūll First Nation Territorial Cumulative Impacts Mapping and Natural Resources Department Support Project

Increasing capacity of approximately 15 women and girls from Vietnamese Jaria and Ede refugee communities in Nonthaburi Province by providing 6-day leadership skills training to act as Community-Based Assistants (CBAs); they will support prevention of gender-based violence, child protection and facilitate community engagement by acting as bridge between community members, local authorities and host community stakeholders.

Increasing awareness on gender equality and reducing the risk of gender-based violence through mainstreaming of gender equality, including LGBTIQ education, in select under-resourced schools in Ubon Ratchathani province, accomplished through (a) data collection with 1,020 teachers and students from 10 schools, (b) designing 20 teacher guidelines and 1,000 student learning kits and (c) pilot testing of the guidelines and learning kits in 10 schools

Training approximately 15 youth leaders with seven month practice and mentorship in Songkhla province to be able to volunteer in human rights monitoring and documentation to enhance Thai Lawyers for Human Rights''s overall organizational capacity to conduct human rights documentation and monitoring in the Southern Thailand region

Increasing awareness of the impacts of climate change by having three days of film screening in Chiang Mai, Maha Sarakham, and Songkhla provinces showcasing at least 15 short films by Thai and Asian young filmmakers under the age of 25, including roundtable discussions on the films and climate issues; eight student Ambassadors will develop climate artwork with support from a professional artist/mentor, and six art works will be shown at the art exhibition at the 3rd annual CCCL Film Festival in February 2023

Lawyers for Women’s Rights (LWR) Phase II: strengthening the capacity of approximately 70 young lawyers’ and 10 legal caseworkers in Mae Sot and Bangkok through hands-on training and mentorship; virtual training of GBV case management for 50 non-lawyer participants; and establishing a digital GBV research and knowledge hub to improve women’s access to justice and oppose sexual and gender-based violence
