Renovations and major construction is required to underpin foundation, repair exterior walls, roof and floor as a result of the shifting (sinking) of the one side of the building, Scope of work includes; Foundation Underpinning, addressing the vertically displaced concrete slab on grade along the south elevation, Exterior Wall Repair, removal and replacement of section of roof and installation of new sloped roof, insulation, parapet/cap flashing., replacement of 10 windows and Interior Repair to walls and floors including drywall and floor coverings resulting from the issues with the foundation.

This project is required to address portions of the 26 kilometer road that require maintenance until March 31st, 2022. This includes but is not limited to:
- Application of road hardener (magnesium chloride) to approximately 8 kilometers
of identified road sections
- Additional preventative and/or reactive road maintenance required in response to
weather and road conditions, above what was originally established in the
primary Contribution Agreement

The general construction phases of the CRF-re-development of a new facility will involve all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, equipment, demolition, site prep work, installations, materials, services, and testing.

The design and construction of the CRF-re-development of a new facility includes; architect contract fees and disbursements, structural, electrical, mechanical, landscape, building envelope, interior design, acoustic, and development, code, civil, security, energy, and kitchen consultants, all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, equipment, demolition, site prep work, installations, materials, services, and testing as well as any other design, consultation and construction related to this project.

The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding for the installation of a closed circuit television system.

This 30-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Times Change Women’s Employment Services will achieve this by: connecting with management and senior staff at companies (including those in typically male-dominated fields) to assign responsibility for diversity in the workplace; educating employers about the benefits of diversity and methods for increasing staff retention and advancement; exposing Times Change clients to non-traditional employers through career panels and employment opportunities; and by providing employers, employees and clients with coaching to support job retention and facilitate positive change in workplace culture.

At the end of the project, the organization will have contributed to addressing systemic barriers by advancing inclusive policies and practices and by addressing persistent harmful gender norms and attitudes.

Plans and tools will be developed in partnership with a diversity-focussed organization. Over the course of the project, up to 100 small and medium-sized employers will be engaged to commit to system changes. An external project evaluation will be completed at project-end.
