Advancing public awareness on legal marriage equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT+) couples in Cambodia through mobilization of “I Accept” Marriage Equality Kampuchea Campaign via mass communication, media and social media, cultural and arts events, advocacy and lobbying to advance legal change with key stakeholders and parliamentarians.

Empowering 60 Indigenous communities’ members from 3 villages in Ratanakiri province on climate change adaptation and mitigation by providing 5 x 2-day training related to climate-smart agriculture, 6 times x 1-day follow-ups to ensure that the farmers are able to apply the climate-smart techniques, installation of 3 solar water pumping systems in 3 villages benefitting 180 households and providing 5 times x 1-day training for solar water system management and maintenance

Empowering girls through workshops at rural high schools and villages in Siem Reap province on topics including the reproductive system, menstruation, women’s health, gender equality, human trafficking and locally sewing 6,000 sustainable feminine hygiene kits which once distributed can be used for 3-5 years

Assisting newborn babies with jaundice by procuring 2 transcutaneous bilirubin monitors and developing a training programme for staff members to handle the new equipment in the newborn unit (NICU) of a hospital northern Laos

Strengthening the quality of rehabilitation services in Luangprabang and Champasack Provincial Rehabilitation Sub-Centres (PRSCs) for women and girls with physical disabilities to access to rehabilitation services through facility and privacy improvements; by developing the Women Centred Care (WCC) tool; and through organizing a first consultation workshop at Luangprabang PRCS and Champasack PRSC and diversity and inclusion trainings.

Improving communication of laws, legal concepts and issues to the general public by providing basic legal training to at least 30 journalists, holding exchange workshops on best practices and through broadcasting Easy Law’s Talk Show on Lao Youth Radio Channel and social media channels

Empowering school children in four districts of Vientiane capital by promoting gender equality and addressing violence against male and female children as well as gender-diverse children through peer group activities, including: dissemination of Lao legal frameworks and policies and international treaties; and advocacy campaigns on gender equality and diversity during International Women’s Day and IDAHOT Day.

Empowering 200 ethnic minority women and girls in Khammouane Province by setting up/use 200 smokeless household biomass pyrolytic gasifiers (HBPGs), training on crop waste collection and effective and safe use of HBPGs and training on the use of biochar to enhance sustainable agricultural practices.

Promoting human rights of LGBTIQ+ people through a campaign on Indigenous languages, advocacy with government institutions and the strengthening House of Culture “4 de Noviembre”

Encourage and empower Panamanian women -registered and not registered- in political parties to run for office in national general elections while enhancing their knowledge and skills in gender, transparency, integrity, anticorruption, rule of law and democratic institutions.
